Center for the International Media Ethics has launched a call for articles on how to keep the balance between national security and freedom of expression.
The article should be at the length of at least 2,000 words focusing on the question: how to preserve national interests and national security in a balance with freedom of expression.
The closing date for submission of the writings is November 14, 2010.
Center for the International Media Ethics will award the best writer a Special Media Fellowship.
