- Safiullah Safa, a cameraman for Radio Television Afghanistan (RTA), along with RTA's reporter Sayed NoorAgha and Tanwir TV reporter Ghulam Ali Wahdat, were summoned and detained in Pul-e-Kuhmri, the capital of Baghlan province. The Directorate of Intelligence took them into custody due to their coverage of the Taliban's security measures implemented in the province.
